- Be active and fit
Having regular exercise good not only for your waistline, but it can also lower the risk of chronic kidney disease. Being active can also reduce your blood pressure and boost your health that prevent kidney damage.
You do not need to join a marathon to reap the reward of exercise. Walking, running, cycling, and even just dancing are great for your health. Find an activity that you are having fun with and keeps you busy. It is better and easier to stick to it and have great results.
