Studying, learning, or discovering a new skill is a sign that your mental well-being is improving or healthy.
Learning a new skill will boost your self-confidence and self-esteem
It will help you know and build sense of purpose.

Meet with your friends once in a while or even catch up with friends who haven't seen you for a long time.
Turning off anything that would get your attention while spending quality time such as switching off the TV and cell phone.
Have lunch with colleagues or coworkers to build a relationship with them.
And if you know or notice a friend or family member that needs support, visit them.
Be part of a community service group, or volunteer for school or hospital support.
