Why can't I feel the heat immediately when I turn on the heat function?
It's normal, the heating-up needs 5-7 minutes before you can feel the obvious heat. You can try to change a pair of thinner socks, or just go barefoot to enjoy it, which will make you feel the heat faster.
Can the 80 yr old woman use it?
The answer is yes if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way. The massage intensity is too low.
Maybe you didn’t adjust the Air or Knead intensity to the highest gear, or your feet are positioned at the wrong angle. Adjust the Air intensity or Knead intensity to a higher gear according to your needs, or adjust the contact angle to get the moderate intensity.
Why can't I take out the cloth cover?
The way you removed the cover is not right. The cloth cover of our foot massager contains zipper and velcro, and it is detachable. First, you unzip the cloth cover completely. In the second step, separate the Velcro on the bottom of the cloth cover, and finally clean the cloth cover. You can also refer to the user manual.
Can it replace medicine to treat insomnia?
I am sorry the answer is NO. It just can help increase the circulation in your feet, and alleviate fatigue on your body.
Does this foot massager massage the heel of the foot?
Yes, when your back heel is close to the back heel of the foot massager, turn on the air compression and you can feel that it is massaging your back heel. If you think the heel is not pressed hard enough by the massager, you can adjust the air compression to a higher level.
Does the air compression reach all the foot or just the toes?
