Medcursor White Noise has no battery and needs to be plugged in to use. It has a USB cable that can be plugged into any USB port such as phone adapter/computer/power bank/etc.

A USB-A to Type-C charging cable is included in the package but the adapter is not included. You can plug it into a USB port of computer/power bank/mobile phone adapter.

1. Please connect the power supply and check whether the power indicator light is blue. 2. Please adjust the volume up key to ensure that the volume is within the appropriate range.3. If the power indicator does not show blue, please try different adapters, cables, and sockets.4. There is a reset hole between the charging port and the headphone jack. Please use a sharp object to poke the reset hole to reset.5. Connect the power again to check whether the white noise machine works.
