WHEN I RECEIVED YOU EXCELLENT INSTRUCTIONS, I REALIZED THAT IT WHEN I RECEIVED YOU EXCELLENT INSTRUCTIONS, THEY ADVISED CONTACTING MY DOCTOR IF I HAD LACK OF SENSITIVITY IN MY HANDS - WHICH I DO. IT TOOK A FEW DAYS, BUT THE DOCTOR TOLD ME NOT TO USE THIS TYPE OF MASSAGER DUE TO MY CONDITION. FOR THAT REASON,THE UNIT HAS NEVER BEEN USED. COULD IT BE RETURNED, AND IF SO, HOW DO I DO IT PROPERLY.
It does not heat well and it hurts my hand. Can I return it? Also it did not come w a power cord.
Wife lost her power cord and was headed to the trash with imher favorite food massager when I decided to see if I could locate a replacement. It was easily found on the website and shipped quickly. Worked perfectly.
