I bought this product while dealing with significant knee discomfort and stiffness. I was honestly skeptical, but after using it consistently for about two weeks, I noticed a major improvement in my comfort and mobility. The heat feels soothing, and I’m able to move around much more comfortably than before. I’ve also been using it on both knees and have been very happy with it so far.

This device gave almost full relief after the first use! If you have inflammation and tightness from a new or old injury (my injury is old), this is definitely a great option. Especially if you are someone like me who isn't a fan of popping pills to get relief.

In my personal opinion, I found this product to work for my needs. The heat helped relax my knee pain that I would get from it locking up. While the red light therapy might hold some clinical merit, the main features here are the heat and vibrations (not necessarily like a kneading massage). The vibration motors on the sides of this “massage” machine follow an intermittent pattern where sometimes they are both on or switch from side to side. You can change intensities from auto (a mix of both), low, or high. Two of my friends found that the vibration in high was too much and left them feeling numb/uncomfortable. I personally felt that the auto setting was a good balance of both. The heat can get really intense, so low is usually where it feels good. The Velcro straps have a wide span of adjustment, which make these fit great. However, for some people the vibrations might not be pain relieving. You won’t know until you try it. The product feels well put together, has a good weighty feel to it. The touchscreen for the buttons is sometimes delayed in responding, but I think use light pressure when pressing each button and it will work much easier. It is quite noisy I must say though. Overall, for the price, I am keeping this product and would recommend it to someone who doesn’t want to break the bank while getting some relief.
