I’ve had the neck and shoulder massager for about a year now. It worked great until recently. It wouldn’t power on. I reached out to customer service and they were very attentive and understanding. (Amazing customer service). I love the product so much. I’m gonna have to check out their other products.
I would rate this a 5 star must have for people with bad knees the only thing I have against it is the velcro straps should come with extra straps my family has bought 3 so far and love them I just need 2 extra velcro straps
