Stopped working. No response back from company

Worked great for 2 weeks. Then all the sudden, the system wouldnt turn on. There seems to be a wire issue. Emailed company and got a repsonse back next day with a link to upload the issue and a video. Did that and no repaonse back. A week later, redid the issue and over amonth later, no repsonse back. Spent 70.00 in Amazon and cant use the product. Tried to fix ourselves but no luck

get a 5 for quality and performance. My rating is based on the poor quality of the instructions which I find inexcusable. Go ahead and buy a pair, Just be prepared for a struggle learning to use them, because the guide isn’t much help.
