The prongs were bent way over when the device arrived. Impossible to correct. One broke off. I would recommend packaging in a hard-sided box rather than a flimsy bag.

Just got the machine it worth the money and very effective and it does what it made for.

Bought one and over the time have it I maybe used it 5 times and then was using it and put a attachment in and decided to switch it so I pull it out and the whole assembly came out with us and looked and plastic was broken inside it. Very irritated I spent this much on one to last 5 times using it
I heard this was a good product. Didn’t know where to let you know that the word heating is spelled incorrectly on the box (haeting on the box).

I wanted to use this TENS unit(s) while driving long distances. One of my legs begins to ache after driving for a couple of hours, so I attached one unit to my thigh and one to my calf. The devices stimulate just great and really seemed to help. When we reached our destination, I noticed that the unit on my calf had "popped off of" the pad and I don't know where. We stopped to eat along the drive, so I guess it happened there. So if you intend to wear these TENS units while out and about, I suggest wrapping a self-adhesive bandage over it to keep from losing it/them as I did.
