IT TOOK A FEW DAYS, BUT THE DOCTOR TOLD ME NOT TO USE THIS TYPE OF MASSAGER DUE TO MY CONDITION. FOR THAT REASON,THE UNIT HAS NEVER BEEN USED. COULD IT BE RETURNED, AND IF SO, HOW DO I DO IT PROPERLY.
It does not heat well and it hurts my hand. Can I return it? Also it did not come w a power cord.
