Does this automatically shut off when the heat in NOT on?
It has a built-in 15-minute timer, so it shuts off after 15 minutes regardless of what settings you have it on. You just need to click the power button to reopen it, recommended to use 15 minutes a day.
It stops and changes direction it's own. is this normal?
Yes it is supposed to change direction every 1 min. You can adjust the direction by pressing the direction button.
Is the heat automatically ON every time the massager is turned on, or you turn it on only when you need it?
The heat automatically ON every time the massager is turned on. You turn the heat function off when you don't need it.
Are the rolling balls hard or soft gel?
Hard,there's 4 round heads on each side. 2 large 2 small. There not soft and springy. This massager is designed to deep massage and may be painful for those who are not used to it. Because of this, we recommend putting a towel in between the massager and your body for a better experience of the product.
Can I lay on it?
I'm sorry but we do not recommend to lay on the massager. Also, applying too much pressure on it will cause the kneading balls to stop moving. You can use the arm straps to add pressure.
Does it have a washable cover?
No, You can wipe with a damp cloth using non-abrasive cleaners and not to submerge the unit in any liquid keeping it away from harsh detergents.
Is this noisy?
Not noisy, it's motorized, so there's some sound, but it shouldn't bother others. It's not noisy, especially as it's between your back and the chair.
How much does it weigh? Will it be heavy?
We are standard normal weight, only 1370g/48.3oz. If you feel too heavy, you can lean on the sofa and put the massage shawl on the sofa to massage.
When I leave the United States, do I need to purchase a transformer to use this massager?
No, our neck massager power adapters is wide voltage, if you are not in the United States, you can buy a travel adapter to use our products in other countries. You do not need to buy a transformer.
The massager is too painful for me.
The massager is designed for deep massage, so it may be painful for those who are not used to it, but it is not a product quality issue. If so, we recommend you to put a towel or a thin blanket between the massage point of the massager for a better massage experience.
I can't feel the heat when I turn on the heating button.
The heating function of the massager is mainly soothing heating, so you can feel the heat after waiting for about 2-3 minutes, and it is safer to heat slowly.
