Do not force yourself to do things that you don't like for the sake of being physically healthy. Find activities that catch your interest or something that makes you enjoy.
Have a fellowship
Be with people who will assist you build your sense of belongingness and self-worth.
Be open and allow yourself to share your positive experiences.
Help others and provide emotional support to people who need it.
There are many ways and things that could assist you to have or build stronger and better relationships just like:

Give your family time, and make yourself available each day to spend with your loved ones. For example, by arranging a family dinner, family outing, or just a simple get-together.
Meet with your friends once in a while or even catch up with friends who haven't seen you for a long time.
Turning off anything that would get your attention while spending quality time such as switching off the TV and cell phone.
Have lunch with colleagues or coworkers to build a relationship with them.
And if you know or notice a friend or family member that needs support, visit them.
Be part of a community service group, or volunteer a school or hospital support.
If can't be with them in person at the moment make the most of technology to stay in touch with family and friends. Just like a video-chat such as Messenger, Skype, and Facetime are useful and effective especially when you are living far apart.
CONS:
Technology is good improper usage of social media also restrains us from building a relationship in person. It will eventually build a habit of only texting, messaging, or emailing people instead of meeting them personally.

Build a positive and satisfying feeling by sharing what you have.
Sharing will give you a feeling of self-worth and purpose.

Learning a new skill will boost your self-confidence and self-esteem

There are a lot of ways to learn new things, even if you think that you don't have enough time for them.

Study and learn to cook and do a new recipe, Then discover healthy food. See you hit two birds with one stone.
Be an apprentice of something you love, take responsibility at work, school, or just a sports club.
Work on something like DIY, such as gardening, fixing a broken mug, or assembling a bike. There are lots of tutorial videos to start learning.
Read a new book, go to school, learn a new language, or do practical skills like gardening and plumbing.
Do something that challenges you. Like a new hubby, writing a blog or article, joining and taking up a new sport.

Don't do something which you find not interesting at all, learning should be fun and exciting. It is best to know what you love and learn what is related to what you love.
Being mindful
Focus and pay more attention to your current situation, it will improve your mental health and wellbeing if you can just think of the present. This includes how you think, how you feel, your reactions, your body, and the world around you.
Being mindful will eventually improve your mental health by positively changing the way you feel about life and how you face the trials and challenges of life.
